Parking Capital operates as a platform that lists and facilitates bookings for real estate projects that are in a pre-RERA stage, meaning such projects may not yet be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("RERA") under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, at the time of listing or booking.

You are strongly advised to independently verify project details, land titles, approvals, and developer credentials, and to consult a qualified legal expert before making any booking or payment.

3. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

4. Website Access and Use

Parking Capital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes of evaluating and booking real estate projects listed on the Website, subject to these Terms. You may not use the Website for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Booking Process and Payments

• All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by Parking Capital and/or the relevant developer.
• Any booking amount, token amount, or EOI amount paid by you is subject to the refund, cancellation, and forfeiture policy communicated to you at the time of booking, which shall be read together with these Terms.
• Parking Capital may use third-party payment gateways to process payments. We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error caused by such third-party payment processors.
• Prices, unit availability, and project details listed on the Website are indicative and subject to change by the developer without notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content, material, or information on our Website, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
• Access or use our Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Website, user accounts, or computer systems or networks through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Website for any purpose without our prior written consent.
• Make a booking with false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parking Capital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website, any booking made by you, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to and use of the Website at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. Parking Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any service, feature, or listing provided therein, with or without notice and without liability to you.

18. Information Not Advice

The content, listings, and information available on our Website are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor as a guarantee of any project's RERA status, completion, or delivery. We connect users to multiple third-party developers. You should consult a qualified legal and financial expert before making any booking or payment decision.

19. International Users

Our Website is controlled, operated, and administered by Parking Capital from its offices within India. We make no representation that the Website or the projects listed on it are appropriate or available for use outside India. 20. Assignment
